This is CopperCab (aka Michael/Claire). He is a proud social justice warrior, but there are times when he is not able to share his beliefs or ideas with others. They refuse to listen. All they want to do is make fun of him.
The above photo is a screenshot from a Google Hangout conversation that was only supposed to involve two people: Coppercab and Bearing (a member of the skeptic community). Instead Bearing invited 5 more people to participate in the 'discussion' if you can even call it that.
It became very obvious that this livestream was only created to try to bring CopperCab down, insulting both him and his beloved grandmother who took care of CopperCab after his mother passed away and his father took off.
I don't know CopperCab personally and he certainly doesn't know I am writing this. But watching him go through this yet again online (this happened before, most notably with Gavin McInnes) made me want to reach through the monitor and give him a hug. Regardless of how you feel about CopperCab's beliefs and convictions, he did not deserve this attack. He especially did not deserve Bearing saying "If you died right now CopperCab, I wouldn't give a f*ck."
I would really love to know who first decided this crap was funny. It isn't. You know why? CopperCab is a human being. He deserves to be treated with dignity, just like the rest of us. And if you feel like this blog post attacks you directly in some way, maybe you need to take a long hard look in the mirror. Maybe what you will see is part of the problem.
